Boston Community Capital is a 30-year-old nonprofit community development financial institution (CDFI) that has invested over $1 billion to build healthy communities where low-income people live and work, creating and expanding access to affordable housing, community health resources, education and child care, sustainable energy initiatives, quality jobs and vibrant arts and culture.

Share your vision of the world that you want to build in the next 30 years, together, by tweeting @BoCoCapital, using #Next30YearsBCC.

Jacqui joined BCC in January 2016 as an Intake Specialist and MLO Trainee. As Intake Specialist, Jacqui conducted client phone inquiries with homeowners seeking to save their homes from foreclosure through SUN. She helped these clients move along in the process by scheduling appointments to speak with loan officers. Jacqui is training to become a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer for the SUN Initiative and is now in the role of Closing Coordinator, helping families through the process of repurchasing on their homes.

Deana joined Boston Community Capital and the SUN Initiative in January 2016. She is a Customer Service Liaison and is training as a Processor. Deana will also assist with inquiries as they come in, one of the first points of contact with clients, and help to schedule prequalification appointments.
