Ashley joined Boston Community Capital and SUN in August of 2016. Prior to joining BCC, Ashley was a law fellow for the Honorable Robert B. Foster of the Massachusetts Land Court, where she worked on complex title, zoning, and mortgage issues. She graduated from Boston University School of Law in 2015, and received her bachelor’s degree from New York University in Economics and Urban Design & Architectural Studies. During law school, Ashley interned at Greater Boston Legal Services’ Housing Unit, working with homeowners facing foreclosure, and at the City of Waltham’s Law Department.

As a negotiator, Suzette works with individuals who have experienced financial difficulty and are facing foreclosure or eviction.   She negotiates short sales and purchases of Real Estate Owned properties (REO’s) from mortgage servicers and lenders. These properties are then sold back to the occupants with a new, affordable mortgage.

Rebecca joined BCC in June 2016. As a Mortgage Loan Originator, Rebecca works closely with applicants to the SUN Initiative to help them prepare a loan application to repurchase their homes with a new mortgage. Her NMLS ID is 1516667.

Lisa joined BCC in 2005 as Senior Finance Consultant.  Today, Lisa is Boston Community Capital’s Chief Financial Officer, where she oversees the organization’s financial management and planning.

Michel is a resident of Somerville and an active volunteer for HRC (Human Rights Campaign). He comes to Boston Community Capital’s SUN Initiative with a background in commercial banking and lending operations. Prior joining Boston Community Capital, Michel worked for Bank of America in the mortgage lending division and Metro Credit Union in the retail consumer division.

Michel graduated from Katharine Gibbs College Boston with an Associate degree in Business Administration and received his Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Cambridge College in June 2014.
