Sarah Kitterman markets Boston Community Loan Fund to potential borrowers, underwrite loan requests, and conduct ongoing portfolio management, in a job partnership with Nora Bloch.  Sarah brings a broad perspective on community development, having worked in international markets as well as domestic.

Nora Bloch markets Boston Community Loan Fund to potential borrowers, underwrites loan requests, and conducts ongoing portfolio management, in a job partnership with Sarah Kitterman.  She brings experience in community development lending from commercial banking, as well as a thorough grounding in the nonprofit and public sectors.

Cristina joined Boston Community Capital in July 2013 as the Administrative Assistant for the SUN Initiative where she assisted with the day-to-day administrative tasks, conducted client intake calls, and scheduled prequalification appointments. In March of 2014, Cristina joined the Customer Relations Liaison team where she assists with the overall servicing of the Aura loans and provides customer support for NSP Residential & Aura Mortgage clients.

Samantha Asker is the Development and Communications Coordinator at Boston Community Capital, where she facilitates efficient communication with key stakeholders, including individual investors, institutional investors and donors. 

Prior to joining BCC, Samantha held an administrative and clerical role at North Atlantic Appraisal Management Company. She also brings experience in communications and operations, developed as an organizer of the 2013 Vermont City Marathon.

At Boston Community Capital, Andrew Koh is responsible for technology, insurance, human resources, vendor and facility management leading strategic improvement projects linked to the growth of BCC and its lines of business.

As General Manager of SUN, Rachael manages the team of mortgage loan originators, processors, underwriters, negotiators, and loan closing staff. In addition, Rachael works with senior management on outreach and expanding the SUN model.

Prior to joining BCC, Rachael worked for nearly 30 years with the law firm Mintz Levin in their commercial real estate practice, working with clients on a wide variety of matters including affordable housing finance.

As Loan Fund President, Michelle has overall responsibility for the Loan Fund’s lending activities, including raising capital, staff training and supervision, production, financial management, building external relationships and new business lines, loan and portfolio monitoring, and social impact reporting. She directs Loan Committee meetings and reports on Loan Fund results to the BCC Board of Directors. Prior to becoming Loan Fund President she was Team Leader/ Senior Loan Officer.

Matthew Gautieri is responsible for all financial management and accounting functions, including budgeting, investments, portfolio management, and financial reporting. Matt’s background in financial services and in real estate exceeds twenty years; he brings proven expertise in the field to his work at BCC. His experience in commercial banking informs his work as a financial officer in a community development financial institution.

Andrew joined Boston Community Venture Fund (BCVF) in 1998 as a Venture Officer to assist in the management of BCVF’s initial fund.  He is currently a Managing Director with continuing responsibilities for the Venture Fund’s two funds.  Andrew currently serves on the Board of Directors or actively monitors several of BCVF’s portfolio companies. 

Prior to joining BCVF, Andrew headed an investment firm specializing in start-up companies in the advanced materials industry.  He was also a general partner in two real estate investment and development syndicates.
