Steve Donovan uses his experience in coordinating volunteers, program management and logistics as foundation in relationships with BCLF borrowers. As portfolio analyst, he works closely with borrowers, conducting site visits and annual status reviews. He also assists the Loan Fund staff in portfolio management.
Before coming to BCC, Steve served as volunteer and logistics associate at Project Bread's Walk for Hunger, a program manager for City Year Rhode Island, and an AmeriCorps National Civilian Community Corps member and team leader.
Luis Matienzo’s position has three components: Loan Administration, Information Management and Portfolio Management. He brings to his position expertise in construction loan management and information management.
Luis was most recently at Bank of America as an Information Officer for a $7 billion real estate loan portfolio. He also has experience at Bank of Boston and Fleet as an Operations Manager/ Team Leader and Loan Administrator for a $200 million real estate portfolio located in low and moderate income areas in New England, and at Fleet’s Community Development Bank.
