As Customer Relations Liaison, Ron McCormick is responsible for customer relations and loan servicing for NSP Residential & AURA Mortgage clients.
Before joining BCC, Ron worked for a Burlington, MA based commercial leasing company and, prior to that, worked for a nonprofit student loan guarantor in Boston. He is a volunteer regional coordinator for HOPEworldwide, a nonprofit benevolent organization whose efforts include annual canvassing in Lawrence, Dorchester, Brockton, to educate residents on fire safety and prevention.
As Closing Coordinator, Greg Hillier coordinates the closings with borrowers and attorneys, prepares the closing packages and establishes the new loans in the Aura Mortgage Advisors system.
Before joining BCC, Greg was also a volunteer with a foreclosure taskforce informing tenants whose properties were under foreclosure of their basic legal rights. He worked for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, and the Suffolk University Law School Immigration Clinic.
Jennifer processes SUN loans and provides support for the loan officers in moving the files from pre-qualification to underwriting, initially focusing on the Maryland files as part of the SUN expansion. She also assists in customer support, working with SUN clients to get them the information that they need about their new mortgages with Aura Mortgage, BCC’s affiliate.
Jennifer has over 8 years of experience in lending. Prior to joining BCC, she worked at Admirals Bank, Prospect Mortgage and Sovereign Bank.
As a processor for BCC’s SUN Initiative, Sofia Suarez's duties include analyzing client eligibility before submitting the loan to underwriting and working directly with SUN clients to ensure all necessary information is obtained.
Before joining Boston Community Capital, Sofia worked as an Accounting Manager for Realty Executives, a Loan Negotiator for Zak Law Offices where she managed over 200 clients, and became a licensed Massachusetts real estate agent in connection with her work as Real Estate Sales Executive for Prestige Properties in Boston.
As negotiator, Danielle leverages her experience as a real estate attorney to negotiate the purchase of SUN properties from banks, which will in turn be sold back to the original occupants. She is also experienced in title work and assists in any title issues or rundowns as needed. Danielle serves on the loss mitigation team and is assisting with resolving delinquency issues.
Danielle earned her J.D. in Law from Suffolk University in 2004.
Constance Delzant negotiates short sales and purchases of Real Estate Owned properties with servicers and lenders. When necessary, she also negotiates debt settlements on behalf of SUN Initiative clients. Constance brings specialized experience in both law and housing counseling to bear on her position at SUN.
Stephanie Caponigro serves as the in-house counsel for Boston Community Capital and the SUN Initiative. She brings experience in real estate, which informs her work with SUN. Stephanie supervises residential mortgage loan closings for the SUN Initiative; she also reviews title examinations, resolves title issues, reviews purchase and sale agreements, and negotiates short sales and purchases.
She has over ten years of residential real estate experience which includes representing buyers, sellers and lenders, as well as representing lenders in residential foreclosure matters.
As a Loan Officer, Liz Pacl works with clients to complete applications and qualify for new mortgages with the SUN Initiative. She held the role of Administrative Assistant and subsequently worked as Closing Coordinator before undertaking her current position as Loan Officer.
