As Customer Relations Liaison, Ron McCormick is responsible for customer relations and loan servicing for NSP Residential & AURA Mortgage clients.
Before joining BCC, Ron worked for a Burlington, MA based commercial leasing company and, prior to that, worked for a nonprofit student loan guarantor in Boston. He is a volunteer regional coordinator for HOPEworldwide, a nonprofit benevolent organization whose efforts include annual canvassing in Lawrence, Dorchester, Brockton, to educate residents on fire safety and prevention.
As Closing Coordinator, Greg Hillier coordinates the closings with borrowers and attorneys, prepares the closing packages and establishes the new loans in the Aura Mortgage Advisors system.
Before joining BCC, Greg was also a volunteer with a foreclosure taskforce informing tenants whose properties were under foreclosure of their basic legal rights. He worked for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, and the Suffolk University Law School Immigration Clinic.
Jennifer processes SUN loans and provides support for the loan officers in moving the files from pre-qualification to underwriting, initially focusing on the Maryland files as part of the SUN expansion. She also assists in customer support, working with SUN clients to get them the information that they need about their new mortgages with Aura Mortgage, BCC’s affiliate.
Jennifer has over 8 years of experience in lending. Prior to joining BCC, she worked at Admirals Bank, Prospect Mortgage and Sovereign Bank.
