Boston Community Loan Fund borrower Vicente's Tropical Supermarket and Brockton Neighborhood Health Center have teamed up to bring fresh foods and healthy living resources to their neighborhood.

Jonathan joined Boston Community Capital in 2017 as Loss Mitigation Manager & Mortgage Loan Officer for the SUN Initiative. In this role, Jonathan manages instances of borrower bankruptcy or foreclosures and works with homeowners to build applications to the SUN Initiative.

Jonathan brings experience working at TD Bank in loss mitigation, a private law firm as a real estate closing coordinator, and at Social Service Coordinators, where he implemented outreach strategies to reach low-income Medicare beneficiaries regarding maintaining their benefits.

Stacey joined Boston Community Capital in 2017 as Underwriting & Processing Manager for the SUN Initiative. In this role, Stacey reviews applications to the SUN Initiative to ensure that that each loan is thoroughly underwritten and SUN is the right fit for all successful applicants.

Stacey has over 15 years in the mortgage lending and real estate area, including over 11 years as a senior level underwriter; in total, she brings over 25 years of experience working in administration, finance and management.

Michael joined BCC’s SUN Initiative as a Processor in 2017. In this role, Michael reviews and analyzes loan applications for our foreclosure relief program as a part of SUN’s pre-underwriting process, ensuring that all successful applicants are well suited for the program in terms of their eligibility, ability to repay, and need for SUN’s services. He works closely with borrowers to walk them through the process of repurchasing their homes.
